AviLabs specializes in providing software solutions and related services to the airline industry. We are the creators behind the Plan3 flight monitoring and disruption management software, as well as the organizers of the Grounded event.

  • To connect you with relevant exhibitors and sponsors relating to your areas of interest, and to communicate with you regarding this event and their services.

Event Attendance Details

At the physical event, you will be issued with a badge that details your name, job title and company name. Badge scanning technology may be used at the event for purposes of access control and security within the event itself, and for location information at areas within the event.

We implement robust security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. We adhere to industry-standard practices and take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of your data.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You can also object to processing, request the restriction of processing, or request portability of your personal data. To exercise your rights under GDPR, please submit a request to our Data Protection Officer using the contact details provided. We will respond to your request within one month of receipt.

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for registering and participating in the Grounded event. If you choose not to provide the required data, you may not be able to participate in the event.
